It’s called WordPress Mobile Admin and gives you a mobilized version of the WP control panel. It’s got all the controls you’d need to administer your blog while you’re out and about – it works on all devices, not just high-end phones and you don’t need a new URL for it to work, just head to your usual admin URL on your phone!
